Youth Scientific Forum “Young researchers for the regions” is about to start, yet a lot to be done to organize its events.

25 VSU management and economics students are to take part in an internship program which was launched at the State Management and Personnel Policy Department of the Vologda Oblast.  

Public officers of the Vologda Oblast, IT students at VSU, and schoolchildren gathered at the House of Scientific Collaboration (HSC) to test their IT knowledge.   

The competition aims at supporting students who are planning on linking their professional lives with educational organizations.

Do you think that students’ food is just cereal and hot dogs? That’s where the VSU students can prove you wrong! They took part in a cooking contest to show their culinary skills which turned out to be surprisingly great. The contest was held as part of the event dedicated to students who live in VSU dorms “Dormitory Week-2021”.

The competition in this unusual sport was held at the Vologda Sports Palace.  Nine teams from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Vologda, Kostroma, and Yaroslavl competed for the Vologda Oblast Cup.

First-year social work students at VSU visited the Center of Crafts where they took part in a master class on traditional folk painting under the guidance of a handicraft master Irina Komarova.
