A major annual scientific event will be held on April 18-22, 2022. The forum is supported by the Government of the Vologda Oblast and the Administration of the city of Vologda, as well as by the Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the North-Western Institute (branch) of the Kutafin University, the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The forum aims at presenting the results of scientific research of young people on topical issues of fundamental and applied sciences, as well as at identifying and supporting talented young researchers.
The event has been held for 24 years, it all started in 1999 as a regular conference.
