The remarkable scientific and creative heritage of the great mathematician was discussed at the conference “Genius of the XVIII century”  which was dedicated to the 315th anniversary of Leonard Euler.

Leonhard Euler was one of the greatest mathematician in the XVIII century, a scientist of extraordinary breadth of interests and creative productivity.  Author of over 860 works on mathematical analysis, differential geometry, number theory, approximate calculations, celestial mechanics, mathematical physics, optics, ballistics, shipbuilding, music theory, which had a significant impact on the development of science.
