Anton Sinitsyn, Mikhail Pavlov and Denis Karpov, lecturers at the Department of heat, water and gas supply took part in the development of a series of video lectures for the online course “Modern thermal imaging diagnostics of capital construction and engineering systems”.
The video shooting took place in the studio of the Open Education Center of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University named after Peter the Great. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project “Education” (federal project “Young Professionals”).
Currently, the online course developed by the VSU lecturers has no analogues in “Open Education”. The program consists of 10 modules; each module includes a text lecture, a video with a presentation, a practical lesson, exercises, and a set of test questions. Having studied all the modules, students are to take the final test. All answers are checked automatically. The online course takes 72 academic hours of studying.
