“Priority 2030” the government support program for Russian universities was launched as the part of the Year of Science and Technology. The program is to select a wide group of universities in Russia that will become leaders in creating new scientific knowledge, and technologies.

National Geographic Traveler magazine has launched an online voting “Treasures of Russia” which is dedicated to the tourist opportunities of our country.

On July 30, a new stage of admissions begins. The entrants need to sign a document which shows their consent to get enrolled at VSU. 

As part of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia, universities and scientific organizations have an opportunity to apply for participation in ”Priority 2030” competition. The goal of the program is to select more than 100 progressive modern universities which will become scientific, technological and socio-economic centers of development.

Eight participants of the VSU student construction brigade “Voskhod” are working in the Kingisepp district of the Leningrad region. The young people got a job as construction workers at the Divenskaya compressor station.

The program was a part of final qualification work of a group of VSU students at the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Education.
