Since 2014 the All-Russian public organization “Russian Union of Youth” has been monitoring the state final certification of educational programs of general and secondary education in terms of objective assessment of the Unified State Exam.
Mikhail Ozhogin, regional coordinator of the “Corps of Public Observers”, explains how the Corps operates in the Vologda Oblast, who the federal public observers are, and how to join the Corps.
“We have been implementing the project in the Vologda Oblast for several years. Every year, the number of volunteers increases, and we open new offices for our observers. For example, last year we opened a Federal Situational Information Center at Vologda State University, which will work during the period of Unified State Exam in 2022, and, therefore, will ensure transparency of exams,” Mikhail Ozhogin said.
