The collection and analysis of data is carried out within the framework of the presidential grant “Coordinates of Time: development of cooperation between the youth of Russia and Hungary”.

As of today, the database tables are almost ready. We will complete the work and present geoinformation databases of the Red Army soldiers in May. The results will be published in October 2021 as part of the VI All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Studies of the Russian North”, – said Nikolai Anisimov, a project group member.

The Vologda Branch of the Russian Geographical Society, Vologda State University, the Vologda Military Commissariat, the University of Szeged (Hungary), the Russian Consulate in Hungary and the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo of Russia in Hungary are participating in the grant projects.
