“The first 108 entrants have become students of our university today. These are 43 special quota students, 65 high school graduates from Vologda and 17 from other towns of the Vologda Oblast who enrolled under targeted training agreements”, said Vyacheslav Priyatelev, Rector of Vologda State University.
However, acceptance of enrollment consent is still underway. Enrollment consent documents must be submitted by August 11 – this date is identical for all universities in Russia.
The North European Open Scientific and Educational Consortium was established in Petrozavodsk. It incorporates 15 major universities, including Vologda State University.

In total, discounts are provided for 21 full-time educational programs including bachelor’s, master’s degree programs and post-graduate courses.
Discounts are also provided to municipal and government organizations employees.
“Priority 2030” the government support program for Russian universities was launched as the part of the Year of Science and Technology. The program is to select a wide group of universities in Russia that will become leaders in creating new scientific knowledge, and technologies.
