Specialists of client centers and offices are currently improving their skills at Vologda State University. Customer orientation is the optimal strategy for the development of any business, so the largest companies in the Vologda Oblast pay special attention to the level of customer service and service culture.
The VSU Center of Excellence together with the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, in response to requests from employers, created a new professional education program “Client service”. The program is to raise practical competencies and professional skills of business-client interaction of the companies’ employees.
In November, 20 specialists of the customer service of the company “Gazprom Gas distribution Vologda” completed their professional training.
In December, another group of 20 employees of OOO “Severnaya Power Distribution Company” who provide customer services started their training. The online program will last until February 28, 2021.
