Anastasia Berezina, a master’s student at the Institute of mathematics, natural and computer sciences, and Dmitry Kirillov, a student at the VSU University College have won the table tennis championship.
Anastasia has been playing tennis since she was 14. The athlete has many awards of regional and All-Russian table tennis competitions, and she is also a member of the Vologda team. Anastasia says that one of the most significant achievements in her sports career was her participation in the Russian student championship in Ulyanovsk in February 2020. She represented Vologda State University and won the silver medal in mixed doubles.
Another winner, Dmitry Kirillov, has been an avid tennis player since the age of seven. The seventeen-year-old athlete also has participated in a large number of competitions. One of Dmitry’s main sporting goals is to get the title of master of sports in table tennis.
