Dostoevsky bicentennial: international competition held at VSU

The competition was to reveal the students’ creative aptitudes, to encourage their research work, to develop philosophical thinking, and increase interest in the study of philosophical problems in the work of the great Russian writer.

The organizer of the competition was the Department of Philosophy at Vologda State University with the support of colleagues from the Republic of Belarus.

More than 90 university students from Russia took part in the competition.

International students from Baranovichi State University (Belarus), the Belarus State Economic University, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute named after Abdullah Kadiri (Uzbekistan) also sent their papers to the competition.
