The All-Russian educational IT quiz was held on September 13. Traditionally the faculty members and students at Vologda State University take part in the quiz in order to test their computer literacy.
“Our faculty members and students clearly understand that IT literacy is crucially important not only for IT professionals. That’s why we encourage all our students and educators to take part in the quiz,” said Natalia Yezhova, Vice–Rector for Research and Innovation.
The tasks were divided into two levels: standard testing and pro-version (for those who are confident of their digital literacy).
“The test was quite easy. We answered questions about social networks, computer equipment and security, critical thinking, artificial intelligence,” said Natalia Yastreb, Director of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities.
