It has equipment for conducting research on light dispersion, interference and other natural phenomena. The total cost of the equipment exceeds 1 million rubles. The funds for the laboratory were provided by VSU and the Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant. The equipment will be used to train students for a number of new professions.
